PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
GEB/HiRise conducts performance reviews on an annual basis. The typical purpose of the evaluations is to provide you and your Manager or Supervisor with an opportunity to discuss your progress in your current position in a more structured setting. Evaluation will be based on both ability to perform prescribed duties and on the employee's personality profile and work attitude.
